Although the standard duration of membership is one year, we do not guarantee the provisioning of membership for any period of time.

Service terms:
The quality and duration of services that we provide on this site are dependent on the hosting company wherever we host our site and although we have made the best effort to choose the quality and reliable hosting service suitable for our business, we do not take any responsibility for any loss occurring from downtime or complete outage of hosting services by the hosting provider. We will not be responsible for any loss of data on this website.

Payment terms:
Since third party services are responsible for collection and processing of your payment, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting after using any third party payment processor that we may use to collect payment.

Refund policy:
All payments received by HostingSpire through payment processors are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless we fail to provide the promised membership.
