But Hostagtor's customer reviews are mostly positive and average time to respond to most queries is only a few minutes.

But some customers complain about not receiving quality support and some even complain of support queries getting lost in the process and resulting in no support at all.

For a company with such a large customer base, expecting a quick and personalized support is a very unrealistic expectation.
